outside jacuzzi overlooking the Natural Park Las Ubiñas La Mesa
We are located close to La Senda del Oso Biosphere Reserve in the Natural
Park. It is an exclusive enclave in the heart of the valley, surrounded by
mountains and chestnut and oak forests.
Balcón Rural consists of 3 rural holiday apartments and 2 studios. All
are fully
equipped, on the ground floor, and offer direct access to a beautiful garden
overlooking the mountains and forest. Thanks to its outstanding location and
excellent
facilities, Balcón Real has been awarded the maximum 3 keys! If you like
adventure, Balcón Real is the destination for you.
The area offers many opportunities for outdoor activities, including: speleology,
horse trails, downhill (La Senda del Oso) biking, climbing, trekking along the
Montenegro Beech Forest, the Xiblu Waterfall and the Las Xanas Gorge. You might
even meet a bear.! You may also like to visit La Huerta Cave and The
Prehistoric Museum, where you can see prehistoric horses, uros, bisons, etc

- Minimum stay of 2 nights For
visits of only 1 night there is a 20% surcharge.

The price includes: heating, sheets, towels, tablecloths, napkins,
toilet paper, soap, cleaning products, highchair and cradle (subject to availability).
- Basket of firewood: 7 pieces (Rey Fabila, Rey Pelayo only).
- Outdoor jacuzzi (advance booking required): 60 minutes session 8€, or
with ½
bottle of Cava, 12€. Price is per person, minimum 2 people.
- Pets (dogs only) please check in advance. Surcharge of 8€ per night
(only applicable to Spa Favinia and Spa del Duque). Pets should never be left
alone in the apartment. - Spa Favinia is
accessible for people with reduced mobility.
